Hi,my last TS H a few weeks ago was 0.26,no range given no t3 either.I got it tested as was feeling more off than I usually do,a bit fuzzy ,headache and eyes felt odd.Wondered if going a bit hyper.Doc said I could reduce or just stay at same dose which is 112.5 mcg for 5 days And 125 mcg for 2 days.Been on this dose for about 6 months.I decided to stay at same dose. Now I have terrible knee and leg pain ,feel done in,nausea so I reduced to 112.5 mcg daily ,just reduced 2 days ago ,but pain now worse. Now wondering if I should of raised dose to 125 mcg one day 112.5 Mcg the next. But really scared it will make me hyper,as have been there before and it's not nice.So frustrating as symptoms of hyper and hypo feel the same.My pulse is 73,hands feel warm ,face feels warm but temp 36 .6Any ideas ?

Agree with scrumbler. Without ft4 and Ft3 and their ranges you can't tell what is going on. As you said over medicated and under medicated can have same symptoms.
gp only does TS H now ,so I do not have theinfo. He will not do t3,he used to do it when I'm t3 only.
Thanks all for input. Will see gp.

You have Hashi's don't you? The nature of Hashi's is that symptoms can fluctuate (as can test results) and dose adjustments may be necessary during these times. With Hashi's you can get symptoms of both hyper and hypo.
Have you tried a gluten free diet? Some members find this helps.
Are you supplementing with selenium? Again this can help as it is said it can reduce antibodies.
How are your nutrient levels? Hashi's can lower them or cause deficiencies, so it's essential to keep an eye on Vit D, B12, Folate and Ferritin.
