Yes, methylcobalamin. Solgar or Jarrows sublingual lozenges, goes directly into the bloodstream and bypasses the digestive system
Sorry but there is a lot of hype about methyl B12 - it isn't necessarily the best form.

If you have an absorption problem its best to try and get that sorted out as tablets aren't necessarily the right solution - as you will see from the article above.

Thanks for your interest, I have already checked the info. site and have joined PAS . have had B12 investigated and told I don't have a prob. I (confession time) was just intrigued at how wonderful people seemed to find B12. Perhaps thought it would make me "Superwoman", and as excess excreted could do no harm You and a few others have been so kind to point me in the way I should go and I regret causing you trouble - mea culpa
