i meant too say its a private active test, what is the diff. with the serum test x

My understanding is that one will function better if toward the top of the range. Same is true for iron, I think.

Jazz anne get swansons methyl b12 tablets they are between five and 7 pounds on amazon for two month supply. Cheaper than jarrows methyl b12 5000mg which normally cost 12 pound!

Your levels are pretty low. Avoid b12 cyanocobalamin as it contains cyanide and its rather crap. B vitamin complex has cyanide in it to so you need methyl b12 to neutralise cyanide nonsense!

And don't start supplementing until you have had further testing for MMA.

hiya

could you tell me why you suggest you need MMA test and Homocysteine test before you start supplementing?

I thought it was safe to supplement with B12 as no known toxicity.

Her ACTIVE B12 is lowish so why does she need more info?

asking because we've just sent of Active B12 kits to Blue Horizon for processing.

thnaks
