Morning everyone,
quick question, does anyone know what is meant by raised ERS, have to have another blood test to confirm the first one was correct - testing ESR, FBC & Protein Electrophoresis?
Thank you

Hi K-W,
ESR is is a non-specific measure of inflammation.
FBC will indicate whether there is infection in the body labtestsonline.org/understa...
Protein Electrophoresis labtestsonline.org.uk/under...
Could be wrong but think Plasma Viscosity is a more accurate test
