Raised ESR, what does this mean?

Morning everyone,

quick question, does anyone know what is meant by raised ERS, have to have another blood test to confirm the first one was correct - testing ESR, FBC & Protein Electrophoresis?

ESR is is a non-specific measure of inflammation.

Could be wrong but think Plasma Viscosity is a more accurate test
