I have seen the term used on here and recently had a letter from endo after an appointment with him saying I was completely euthyroid. As I was feeling ok at the time and almost symptom free I'm assuming that's what it means!
Thank you to anyone who can educate me!!

eu is Greek for "good" or "well", so euthyroid means good or well thyroid, in other words "normal". All that means is that your blood results are somewhere in range, not necessarily in the best place (or even that your TSH is a bit over range but the GP isn't bothered). But if you feel well too, that's excellent news.
