Lichen sclerosus relief

I started adding almond oil and drops of essential lavender oil to my bath a few weeks ago. A side effect has been that I noticed relief from lichen sclerosus problems. Now I've googled it this is recognised as being helpful and there are other suggestions out there such as using borax which I may also explore.

Thank you loueldhen for these tips. I have been told I have this, although it came up suddenly while taking Mercury Pharma generic Levothyroxine and seems more like the sticky skin problem that also appeared all over. The Lichen Schlerosus is in the perineal and annal area so in the bath would be good.
