Vitamins

Well I'm having another consultation today to further discuss my option... Since last week iv done a hell of a lot of reading about vitamins and minerals so I have done the following:. Vit d, vit b12, l-arginine X I have to say iv never felt so well I'm going to ask for a vitmin blood test to see if I'm deficient although iv been taking the vitimins for a good few days it probably won't show but my symptoms see to have vanished I feel awake and nimble like never before X

    Are you taking the cofactors for Vit D and B12? These are important.

    For Vit D3 you need to take K2-MK7. Vit D aids absorption of calcium, K2 directs the calcium to bones and teeth rather than arteries and soft tissues. Magnesium is also recommended when taking Vit D vitamindcouncil.org/about-v...

    For B12 you need to take a B Complex containing methylfolate which is the active form of folate, rather than folic acid which needs to be converted to the active form. Are you taking the methylcobalamin form of B12 and not the cyanocobalamin form?
