Strange question

I have been take jarrows b12 which have helped a lot

And I have noticed a really strange smell to my urine

Has anyone else experienced this

No sorry and I was taking up to 10x5000mcg of them! Have you taken anything else that's new or introduced a new food?

No I haven't changed my diet and I'm no longer on melds as I have graves and I'm in remission at moment

Yes, I have, I take Jarrows B12 and B Right, my urine goes almost fluorescent yellow and has a strong smell. Is that what you mean?

I think so my urine is slightly more yellow I was expecting that but it has a strange smell I kept thinking I was imagining it it's worse in the morning I can't quite explain smell kind of medical like a hospital

Yep, I have the same thing. I am taking a lot of other supplements but I am pretty sure its down to the B12. R x

I put it down to alcohol but could be the B12!

Not a big alcohol drinker so don't think it's that I might knock b12 on head for a few days. To see if it goes away

Have you been eating asparagus recently? That makes urine smell really strange.

It probably is your supplements. On the odd days I don't take some my urine returns to normal. B complex is a big cause for me. Stop taking it for a day or two and drink plenty of water and see if it is okay then. x

Medical type smell? Yup me too and as you said worst in morning.

I use Better You B12 spray and I notice an odd urine smell too - not unpleasant!. this stops if I don't use the spray for a bit
