Palberts01,

Have thyroglobulin and thyroglobulin antibodies been monitored annually since your thyroidectomy?

Yes my thyroglobulin antibody was 1.8 consistently over 6 months

Palberts01,

What was thyroglobulin? I was told that recurrence is unlikely if thyroglobulin remains <6.0.

Thyroglobulin antibody 1.8 doesn't seem high and there is unlikely to be a problem if it hasn't risen.
