PULSE/TEMP

Hi everyone! I just started self medicating with NDT and I know I should be measuring both my pulse and temp but I wanted to know what exactly I should be looking for? What is a good range? What means what? Etc.. I'd really appreciate it, this forum has been a life savor(literally)!

Your temp/pulse is only to double-check i.e. if it goes too fast or temp higher you lower dose. Sometimes if hypo our temp doesn't return to what was normal for us but the main is feeling well with no symptoms.

Thank you, Shaws! Is there a range I should be looking for with my pulse?

If you don't know what your pulse was before being diagnosed it might be difficult. When hypo our pulse is usually low. If on meds if you feel overstimulated your pulse will be too fast and you have to drop down.

When you get to a dose which would be optimum, you'd feel well with no clinical symptoms.

A pulse rate of 60 to 100 is usually called 'normal'. For me, between 60 to 65 is fine.

Not what you're looking for?
