As I am upping my NTD, as well as taking regular blood tests, I would also like to monitor my pulse & temperature to make sure I am not putting myself at any risk. How often should I do this & what should my pulse rate & temp be? Any advice/articles would be most welcome. Thanks in advance.

Pulse & temp advice
I use a blood pressure monitor, self inflating, same time every morning to check blood pressure and pulse rate. I then check temp. Then temp again about 3pm. Pulse, well 50-100 ? I feel best when mine is in 70 s and you will figure out what your 'best for you' is imho😊 temp... well hypothyroidism does tend to give low temps😐 37 is the supposed normal. My husband runs at 35 and feels great. I was 35.7 when I started on NDT, got up to 36.9 for a few days lol, but average 36.2 am and 36.6 pm.
Taking temp 3 times a day 3hours after rising then 3hours later etc is a way to check adrenal. If the 3added together total fluctuates by more than oooooo foggy b brain😒 .1 I think? So sorry. It shows adrenal struggling.
If you do search on here you will find loads of info

Good answer from fibrolinda. It is only the basal temp and pulse which matters, that is, as soon as you awake in the morning and before you do anything (even go to the bathroom). Temp should be 98.4 degs F (36.9 degs C) and pulse should be about 60bpm. The latter will rise when you start moving around - maybe to about 70bpm.
So if my temp goes higher then 36.9 & my pulse quicker than 60bpm, it's a sign I could be over medicated?
Well, do you have any record of your basal pulse? 60bpm is an average, if yours is 70bpm then that is your reference point and should it increase to 80 bpm then the answer to your question is yes. You need to take your basal temp and pulse for a couple of weeks before you change your medication, then you will have your reference points and therefore know if the increase in meds is having any affect. The same can be said for basal temperature because that is a very direct manifestation of your metabolism, I have found temperature is the most difficult to shift .
While we are on the subject of things we should know about ourselves, here is another one. Know your blood pressure (BP). I am not sure if they have this in the UK, they probably do, but in the US most of our pharmacies/chemists have BP machines, you just stick your arm in and it just takes a minute to tell you. You will find that it varies throughout the day but if you take it at the same time everyday it will be a good indicator.
