Hi guys! Just to have an idea and something to compare to, what is your average pulse/temp?

What is YOUR Pulse/Temp?
You can Google the normal ranges but everyone is different so averages will vary depending on an individuals set point. I naturally have a low temp but run a fast pulse so couldn't compare my levels with anyone else, you need to find what's normal for you.
Doctors state the 'average' pulse is between 60 and 100bpm.
I know I feel best when, at rest, it is 65 bpm and it is individual to everyone. Most are unaware as they are not unwell and rarely have reason to check.
If undiagnosed I would think the pulse would be below 60.
Oh hahaha, I thought I was so fit when I had a below 60 pulse!
I'm still figuring it out but my pulse seems to have settled on around 72 but my body temp is still in flux
My overweight husband has a low pulse - he says he has an athlete's pulse - I say 'Ha, ha'
My resting pulse according to my Fitbit can vary from 61 to 64/5
I feel good when it is in the low sixties, I've had odd episodes where it had gone up into the 70s/ 80s and earlier this year I felt really ill and it was raving at well over 100 - I had various heart tests / chest X Ray's blood tests etc all done on the spot when I turned up at the surgery - think they thought I was having a heart attack - and all of which were OK and eventually after about a week my HR went back to normal. So although 60 - 100 is still within the 'average' range I certainly don't feel good when I'm out of the 60s
I rarely take my temperature - only if I'm feeling ill. It always seems to read very low, I'd say that generally when I feel I've got a temperature the thermometer says I haven't.
I don't think there is anything wrong with my thermometer because I've known my doctor take it and say 'Fine, no temperature' when I feel like I have.
Thirty years ago when I was a pretty fit cyclist my resting pulse was low 40s, sometimes 38 bpm. Now, as an inactive slob, it has still been low 40s, creeping up to low 50s with NDT. I've some left ventricular hypertrophy (thickened heart muscle).
I can feel comfortable at 36.2C and get to 36.8 to 37C in the evening. I feel hot if I wake with 36.6C. Sometimes, even in the summer, I'll drop to 35.4C and feel shivery. I need a room temperature of at least 22C to feel comfortable in the winter.
