You can get NDT from a compounding pharmacist. Dr Butterworth in Sydney can prescribe and I'm sure there's other Drs. There is a compounding pharmacy called Newton's near the Queen Victoria building in the city.

I have a friend who goes to a compounding pharmacy in Brisbane, you could call and ask them who prescribes.
