Full Endo results - help?

Please find attached the results from my first Endo visit. He's been very thorough but my TSH was 0.12 and FT4 25.3 so my Levo has been reduced from 100 to 75 mcg

I've been on 75 for just over a week now and due another blood test next week and follow up appt on 6th July. But I'm exhausted and could cry. I've not improved but struggling to do anything and not sleeping. Any advice?

I think further tests are needed to find out what auto immune diseases I have but it looks like I do have thyroiditis and rheumatoid arthritis which I'm upset about if I've understood the results correctly as I'm only 42 and I've just seen orthopaedics for my hands as my index finger is swollen and I'm struggling to bend and move it. She suggested waiting until I saw my Endo as it was too specialist for her to diagnose / investigate. I think my tests show I'm still fertile which is good to know and overall my results aren't bad but there's clearly something underlying particularly results that have a * next to them where there's an issue. Any help would be appreciated thanks there's 5 pages of results so I'll see where I can post them

I think the ANA tests for RA. I would Google the positive and weak positive results to see what they indicate.

I think the TSH Receptor antibody result is negative for Graves disease.

Thanks I've checked and think it's SLE ie Lupus so I've posted on the Lupus UK forum see if they can confirm
