Just want to really thank everyone who replied to my "systemic candida" post a few days ago, it's been great to get your feedback. I'll carry on with cutting out all sugar, hard though it is, becos I do have so many of the symptoms of candida. It might even be this that's caused my rheumatoid disease in the first place! Thank you all. S.
