pain in the kidney

Hello

I have been experiencing serious pains on my 2 kidneys,bitter &dry mouth, unintentional weight loss,i have done all the required blood test,Urine analysis and Abdominal ultra sound scan every thing seems normal , i know that some thing is wrong ,kindly advice

Can you print the results from your blood tests on here? Unfortunately doctors claim test results are "normal" and they are often not.

If you haven't got them please go and ask the doctor's receptionist for them as in the UK you are allowed to get them under the Data Protection Act. Other countries have similar acts.

this is the blood results---serum sodium-138(133-150 mmol) potassium-3.8(3.5-5.0 mmol) Bicarbonate-29(18-32 mmol)Chloride-101(96-110 mmol) Urea-26(10-50 mg/dl) Creatine-0.91(0.5-1.10mg/dl) Total protein-7.9(6.6-8.7g/dl)Albumin-4.6(3.5-5.0 mg/dl)Total Bilirubin-0.5(0-1.0mg/dl)Conj Bilirubin-0.3(0-0.25)Ast.(SGOT)-26(0-37i.u/l)Alt(SGPT)-18(0-40.U/L)Alk phos-179(98-279iu/l) THE ULTRA SOUND RESULT SAYS---The Liver size is within normal for age and body mass with span of about 138 mm-----both kidneys are normal in size with good corticomedullary differentiation bilaterally ,no feature of acute or chronic renal parenchymal disease or focal lesion seen.. so kindly advice me on what to do, am highly disturbed.

I would see your GP about this and ask for your cortisol to be tested.
