What vitamins
I'm sorry, your question is too cryptic and I don't understand it. Can you rephrase, please.
It won't answer your vitamin D3 query but SeasideSusie recently replied to a post with a very helpful list of suggested supplements (including brands) that members here find useful: healthunlocked.com/thyroidu...
Well, here's one often little-seen viewpoint, that seems rather striking:

Dr Macdougall is in California, not in dreary GB. Dr Macdougall does not have a thyroid problem with poor absorption. In an ideal world, we would all get our nutrients from food. But, in this world, we have to make do with what we can get!
Let's all emigrate to sunnier climes then - yeeeeeaaaaahhh ! ! !
Will that actually sort "it" ? ? ?
( - why do I suspect not ?)
For hypos? I doubt it.
Not for hypos, . . . . and not for some others either with "inadequate" or "deficient" calcidiol blood test results alone - there's clearly more going on here than that test figure alone can conclusively indicate, . . . . . it seems from the available & known biochemistry. So, that suggests equally sound concerns for raising levels artificially with supplements under the same circumstances.
