Just ordered tests for two people from Blue Horizon today.  They have special offers on at the moment and are a lovely company to deal with.

I like Medichecks and their site is easier to use than the others.

There seems to be a big price difference in some of the tests e.g. active B12 is less than half the price on medichecks compared to blue horizons. I wonder why there is such a difference? Thyroid test prices seem similar though.
