Hi, I have been taking nutri-thyroid - about 6 a day, 2 T-Covert and the occasional nutri Thyro Complex which I take reluctantly as makes me feel nauseous. Also two NAX and two 5-HTP. This is under advice from private Dr. (also si B12 and take other supplements)
Independently, I ordered Thiroyd NDT which arrived today and is sitting in front of me pleading - take me, I'm yours, all yours.......
It is 60mg. I know the nutri thyroid has no hormone but it has lowered my TSH - see previous posts and started to raise FT4 and FT3 albeit I am still very tired etc. I do not know what to start at - should I start with half a grain twice a day? Do I continue to take the T-Convert - well, at least until bottle runs out.....etc
Thank you for any advice.

60mg (also called 1 grain) of NDT is approx 100mcg of levothyroxine.
If you've not been on thyroid hormones before I'd start at half grain (30mg) and after two weeks increase by 1/4 and another 1/4 and so on every 2 weeks till you feel better. It may be quite quick - some only need 2 gr and some around 5 or more. It all depends.
Before you begin take your pulse/temp several times during the day and also when you begin. Usually our pulse/temp is lower than normal due to hypo. If on NDT you get a too high pulse or temp reduce back to the previous dose.
I am not medically qualified but I think I'd stop the first three items you mention. I couldn't take NAX at all.
