so daily I take vit d vit c b12 and alternate b complex but I've been reading today that long term use of b6 isn't good for you my version has 30mg per capsule so higher than rda so I'm thinking of swapping too a vegetarian multi vit but I'm wondering should I keep taking b12 also?

Nettieboo1982,

I used to take 50mcg B6 daily as I understood that taking 100mcg for a long time could cause hand tremors.  I don't think 30mcg is too high.

Vegetarians need to take B12 as it is only obtained from meat, fish and eggs and isn't available from plant foods.

You can have too much B6 perhaps check it out on google,B12 is not a problem as the excess is excreted but i read there can be some side effects such as itching, nothing serious.

D3 should be taken with K2 so calcium released goes to the bones.

Multivits probably have too little of everything to be much use.
