Increase in anti tpo
Welcome to the forum, Daeckiyeon.
Do you know the range for TPOab? 152 is usually positive but I have seen 160 as the level where positive antibodies are determined.
Positive TPO antibodies means you have autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's) which causes 90% of hypothyroidism. Most GPs will make a diagnosis of hypothroidism when the patient is symptomatic with TSH >5 in the presence of positive antibodies.
100% gluten-free diet may help reduce Hashimoto's symptoms and antibodies.
