Hi am taking vitamin b12 methylcobalmin 1000 mcg one day and Vitamin D3 10,000 IU one a day is this ok to take have lots of problems really bad knee pain severe osteoarthritis of the knee currently taking 50 T3 and 25 thyroxine

Mags1867, you can't overdose on B12 so 1,000mcg daily is fine. You can have toxic levels of vitamin D so you should have a vitD test 4-6 months after supplementing 10,000iu. You should also test FT3 6-8 weeks after starting 50mcg T3 to make sure FT3 remains within range. Long time FT3 over range increases risks of osteoporosis and atrial fibrillation.
