Organic Coconut Oil helps thyroid and immune system

Hello Friends, has anyone done any research into the benefits of organic coconut oil?

Hi Breizh, I think a lot of us try to incorporate coconut oil in our diet. It's a very good fat as a medium chain fatty acid if I recall. Coconut water is very hydrating as well. First thing in the morning is a good time to start with it as Shaws says, it raises metabolism.

It's really very good for you!

Best eat the organic type in a glass jar, rather than plastic.

You can even get a spreadable to replace butter, though I'm not so keen on the taste.

It's expensive but seems to last for months.
