Endo in Reading/Oxford/West Berkshire

Hi Lou001 I too would like to find one in this area too. I went to see one in Oxford privately but would not recommend him. Cost good deal and was only really interested in blood tests not symptoms. He did not provide any information that I did not already know. Anti NDT and only wasted my time, energy and money. If you want to use NDT ask first if they would be prepared to prescribe it as this will save you much. I live half way between Newbury and Reading. You?

My daughter has an appt next month with Dr Aung but it 'appears' her speciality is more towards Diabetes and I've read not to accept an endo for thyroid and adrenal issues who veer more towards diabetes.... 😕

Hi Vici,

How did your daughter do with Dr Aung? I scheduled a second opinion to see her as the first endo I saw was horrible. I need an endo who will treat me as a person and acknolwedge the benefits of T3 and T4 treatment. Any advice would be greatly appreciate.
