Constant sore throat :/

For the last 4 weeks constant sore throat, like a tickley cough feels like something stuck in my throat. Could it be from taking levo? Thanks debs x

Debs79, I can't see why Levothyroxine should cause it. If the symptoms persist you should see your GP as you may have a throat or chest infection.

Just feels like i got a constant cold ulcers aswell, i feel like a pain going to the doctors. I will book an appointment though just to get checked thanks xx

Debs79, your pharmacist could recommend a therapy for the ulcers and will advise whether to see GP or wait another couple of weeks. Might be good to boost your immune system with 2-3,000mg vitamin C until the cold clears.

Hi Debs 79. Have you tried raw honey it is very good for sore throats and coughs? Must be the raw honey though not the supermarket honey which is treated and blended and takes away a lot of the good things that benefit your health. Hope you feel better soon l hate sore throats!
