how to correct cortisol..

hi i have had a cortisol test done lil while back an it come back that it was low..my specialist hasnt done anythink about it but woundering if its why im feelin shit as with him putin me on t4 n t3 cos not converting...so i want to try do what i can to correct them...would adrenal support do??

Have u told yr specialist abt the v high incidence of Addison's in yr family? Sounds as though you are well on your way to that.

Do your symptoms include joint pain, gut pain, fatigue that worsens with stress? Do you find you sometimes don't open the post because you can't cope with the possibility of stress?
