Slightly elevated am cortisol

Hi have had my cortisol result back tested on endo's advice.

Test done at 07:45

Result 544 (133-537)

Medichecks dr says to do 24hr urine or saliva to see if it's significant. Endo said not to bother and do blood test only.

What does it mean and what's next?

Thanks x

Your latest thyroid results (in your profile) show you are still under medicated. TSH is too high, FT4 too low

Ferritin and vitamin D too low as well

Possibly the cause of cortisol issue

Have you had further dose increase in Levothyroxine?

Hi slowdragon yes sorry haven't updated it yet.

My recent bloods on 100mcg were

Tsh: 0.251 (0.27-4.2)

T4: 19 (12-22)

T3: 5.3 (3.2-6.8)

He's increased me to 112.5mcg (alternate 100/125) and told me to get rt3 and serum cortisol tested. Said not to bother with saliva/urine cortisol tests.

SlowDragon also vit d is now 112 and ferritin 69.6

Previously it was 74 and my iron was high so Im worried about supplementing that x
