Someone asked about a good vegetarian iron supplement but I can't find post. This is a great iron supplement and non constipating. I don't know how easy to find in other areas. I live in Florida.

Yes, iron bisglycinate works well too, generally available in the UK

If your taking iron to increase your lab ferritin level than yes. I went from a 12 to 72 . Almost optimal.

How high is your hemoglobin? How low is iron? What are the lab value numbers?
