Total t3 2.1 (0.9-2.5)

VitD 36 deficient (no range) I'm supplementing

Muffinsx, thyroid levels are good, TSH in the low-normal range 0.4-2.0 and FT4 at the top of range. Ferritin is good and iron results are within range.

Folate is okay but you'll boost it a little by taking a B Complex vitamin which is good to take when supplementing B12. How much B12 and D3 are you supplementing?

The link below will explain abnormalities in full blood count. They may not be significant and may be due to pregnancy.

Muffinsx, I'd up the B12 spray dose so you're taking 3,000mcg daily and take a B Complex vitamin with it.

I may start the sublingual pills that works for people. Do you know anything about full blood count results as mine has came back abnormal but the doc didn't say anything about it ?

Muffinsx, the spray was very effective for me but I liked the taste so much I was running through it and switched to sublinguals.

I posted a link in my post above which will outline possible reasons for abnormalities.

The other deficiency is IgA. .........not ImgA. Sorry about that. 😄
