Had up and down results for a few months I take Levo 25 4 days a week and 50 3 days a week. Currently 4 weeks pregnant. Any thoughts on latest T4 results?

Hi can anyone help with latest results and pregnant

You are grossly undermedicated with a TSH of 3.88 (0.27-4.20) and a below range FT4 of 9.7 (11-21.20). What has your GP said?
If your GP hasn't increased your dose you need to make an urgent appointment and you must have your Levo raised immediately to protect your baby. For a successful pregnancy TSH must be below 2.5 at this stage.

If your GP doesn't know how to treat pregnant Hypo patients you can send him this link from the BTF:

Also, read through all the links in the NICE Clinical Knowledge Summary for "managing a woman who is pregnant" here:

Don't take no for an answer, kick and scream if necessary, you must have an increase in your dose immediately and be regularly monitored. Good luck.
Thanks I have extra here so I’m upping my own own dose. But my tsh has never correlated with my T4 at all. I was meant to have a pituitary mri but it’s on hold due to pregnancy. Thanks for helpI thought I needed more Levo
Hi SeasideSusie so the endo upped my meds to 75 daily. Took first dose yesterday felt dizzy, heart rate fast and generally dizzy not with it. Is this down to the meds??
Is this same brand of levothyroxine as before?
If it’s a single 75mcg tablet it’s Teva brand
Teva brand upsets many people

As it's the same brand, take it more slowly. Instead of taking 75mcg daily, which is a big jump from the days you were taking 25mcg, as you were taking 25mcg x 4 days and 50mcg x 3 days, just go to 50mcg daily for now and see how that goes.
