Hi if anyone would have time could they look at these latest bloods for me please not sure as this is my first results from starting t3

T4 24.1 range is 12-22

Tsh 0.08 range is 0.27-4.2

T3-7.1. Range-3.1-6.8

Vit d 126 no range for this

Cortisol 273 30 minutes after injection 853

any help on this would be appreciated

Snooze, You are slightly overmedicated as both FT4 and FT3 are over range. I think reducing Levothyroxine dose by 12.5-25mcg may be sufficient to drop both into range.

VitD 126 is good.

I'm sorry I can't help with Cortisol.

Snooze, I should add that you are only overmedicated if you left 24 hours between last dose and blood draw.

Snooze, don't change the dose then, taking replacement prior to blood tests means the dose was peaking in your bloodstream which gives a false high result.
