I am on Synthroid .137 and no medication 24 hours before the test. I was on Synthroid .125 for nearly 20 years and then things started bouncing around a year/2 years ago and I really started to feel unwell last January. The last two lab tests I have had showed my Thyroxine elevated beyond normal range (first one I was still experiencing hypo symptoms). I feel better now just not as energetic as I feel I should be but far better than I was 3 months ago.
DId you get your Iron panel tested? If you have low iron (due to low stomach acid) then your T4 will not convert as it should to T3. It could explain why your Free T3 is slightly on the low side.
