Although it is a supplement and available to buy without prescription, do monitor your response to it. Some people find it extremely beneficial but some people do get side effects. Be careful to read the instructions on the bottle.

It is an adrenal glandular that is meant to help support the adrenal glands so they can fully recover. Once adrenal dysfunction is treated, general health is supposed to improve as is response to thyroid medication.

I was fine taking it but I only took one tablet a day. It did seem to help me. Others find it makes them shaky or jittery or makes no difference. I guess we are all different.

I would not take higher than the stated dose unless you are doing so under the care of a medical professional.

There is also Nutri Adrenal Extra which is a higher dose and also contains additional vitamins/minerals etc. I started with the plain Nutri Adrenal as it was a lower dose in case I didn't respond well to it.

I took it for a bit but I didn't notice any difference.
