Nutri Adrenal

Hi all,

Have ordered Nutri Adrenal in the hope it might help with adrenals as very stressed lately. Not sure as to best time to take it, am assuming about an hour after thyroid meds? Any advice most appreciated.

I started on a month long trial of nutri adrenal, nutri thyroid and t convert but then go upped thyroxine so I've decided not to take anything else until the effects of additional Levo have settled in. The instructions for the trial said to take nutri adrenal with breakfast then one more at lunch. Start with one a day and work up to 2. Do not take t night as it may interfere with sleep.

Can I treat my adrenals while on t3?and how?im seeing nutritionist today and he will check my adrenals status and if needed will give me herbal medication!thanks

I don't, no and doubt my GP would consider it.

I had a saliva test to check on dhea and cortisol- it was private but not too expensive. It would be worth the cost- save you guessing what the issue is/ are.

Check Drsarahmyhill.com adrenal gland the gear box in the search engine- it’s v helpful.

All I can say is that mine were the opposite of what I anticipated so glad I had them done.

Genova go thro thyroid uk first as you have to have a nominated practitioner.Then they are forwarded to you.
