Benables, FT4 20.1 is high in most ranges I've seen and TSH 0.80 indicates sufficient thyroid hormone is circulating. The results are unequivocally euthyroid and you won't be prescribed medication.
The 2.1cm nodule and the other calcified nodules, if large enough ie >1cm, should be fine needle aspiration biopsied to rule out malignancy. 95% of nodules are benign and will normally be left in situ unless they are impacting on nearby organs, but this study recommends surgical removal of calcified nodules even when FNA is benign. ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/121...
