can they cause air hunger fast pulse ect?

im taking PHOSPHATIDYLSERINE 200mg 3 times a day for my high cortisol and sotalol 40mg twice a day

now im quite paniky thinking ive been making my self worse

im now going to have to re search holy basil and sotalol now

Mandy, Google "PHOSPHATIDYLSERINE" and "Sotalol" to see what side effects there may be and whether there are interactions with other meds/supplements.

i was on google most of the day and came up with nothing

im laying off the PS for a while incase it is that causing me problems, i was doing fairly well before adding that

Mandy, that's the problem when you don't find known interactions/adverse effects, YOU can still have effects. I hope you feel better soon.

i stopped the PS yesterday 2nd dose and today i feel like i can breath again and my heart rate is steadier (70'ish, yesterday it was 90'ish) but im due a dose of T3 soon too
