Hi there Nikki,

I live in North Essex and I have been seeing an endocrinologist in Colchester General Hospital called Dr Bodmer . He has very recently prescribed Armour for me. And about 6 months ago he prescribed T3 (Cytomel), to go alongside my levothyroxine. but I felt awful on it, and so I stopped it. I haven't started my Armour yet as my chemist has to order it in, but doesn't foresee a problem.

I did take Armour some years back but for about a year and then it went wrong so went back to levothyroxine. But I'm Hashimotos so need the T 3. I also have the faulty gene D1002 (which I had done privately) but Dr Bodmer doesn't recognise that !!!!

Wishing you well Nikki.
