I am sorry you are not feeling well. I also have hashi and during flare-ups I don't feel well.

It looks like you have digestive problems (dysbiosis, leaky gut), maybe some chronic infection. I think there is some inflammation process going on. It's difficult to advise on supplements as we are all different.

A good clinical nutritionist should be able to help you. All the best.

I would suggest Dr. Izabella Wentz's (PharmD) website for a thorough look into finding the triggers. PR

I would think about going gluten free if you are not already. Izabella Wentz book, as mentioned by PR4 now is really worth reading you can get it from amazon. I read her book and several others and felt much better once gluten free and eventually lacto free. Hope you soon feel a bit better, Hashi flares are horrible.

Yes, it's part of the disease- feeling paranoid!! and trying to find the energy and get through the brain fog can be very distressing. You just have to go one step at a time and if you can keep a diary of how you feel and then each month go back and see what has improved, you will get there. It took me 6 months to begin to feel normal and a year to feel that things were pretty good. Everyone is differnet - has a different journey to make but with the help from people on here you can regain your health and former self. Good luck
