Flax seeds

I did some reading and found that flax seeds could interfere with thyroid function. I unknowingly was supplementing with 2 tablespoons per day for about a month before my thyroid labs showed high TSH. Could I have temporarily hurt my thyroid function, but after stopping flax seed thyroid could recover?

Maryd212, there are medications which impair thyroid function. Function can recover if loss was due to the medication or the food.
