Armour v Nature-Throid

I am looking to change my NDT from Armour to Nature-Throid. Does anybody have any suggestions how I should do it ?

Do I need to stop one for a few days and start the new or just continue at normal ?

I am sorry, I have never taken Nature-Throid so I cannot answer your question, but I am curious as to the reason(s) you want to switch? Are you not happy with Armour?

I think I am better on Armour, but I've read glowing reports about Nature-thyroid and it's cheaper, it the cost really that driving me

Amandajl, Armour and NatureThroid contain the same amounts of T4 and T3 so you can swap straight over.
