Armour v Nature-Throid

Hi everyone, hope you're all staying safe and well in these surreal times.

Looking for some advice please. Have been doing well on Armour but supplier has sent Nature-Throid - Armour out of stock. Does anyone know if they are similar and should I alternate to start with? Having had ghastly times re.thyroid meds in the past I'm starting to stress with a new NDT.

Hi. I am on 1 1/2 grains of nature-throid and have been taking this ever since they changed Armour. Works fine for me.

In the USA, compared to NatureThroid, Armour is very costly. Armour has had recalls. I am wondering if the issue is where the porcine desiccate is obtained. Not sure where Armour gets it but a few of the leading meat/pork companies here either closed Due to the COVID-19 or are now based in China. NatureThroid is manufactured in the USA using only desiccate from USA and Canada porcine. Feel free to send me a direct message for more info about NatureThroid. I have been using it for for 5 years and have not had issues. I even purchase it OOP to obtain as much as I want.

Hi I would be grateful if you could you private message me telling me where you get your nature-throid from? I get mine from the US but I have now been waiting a month for them to arrive. It looks like I’m going to have to go back on Levothyroxine if I can’t get hold of any soon. Very annoying as this drug did not suit me before. Vicky
