I would say you are substantially overdosed. Being overdosed can make you very tired, just like being underdosed can.

Have you been monitoring your temperature, pulse, and blood pressure at all? They ought to be giving you clues about how things are going.

Agree with others. Looks like you've over cooked yourself. You might want to even miss a dose or two to get the excess of T3 lowered. Then start back at a much lower dose. Bare in mind it's easier to increase then drop. So you need to inch your way back up very slowly making little changes after each 6 week block of time. Keep a record of tempersture and pulse rate. Pulse rate often changes first so can be an early indicator . You might find DrPeatfields book called Living with my Thyroid (arggh think the title might not be quite correct!!) helpful.

The book you are looking for is this one I think :

Your Thyroid and How to Keep it Healthy: The Great Thyroid Scandal and How to Survive it by Barry Durrant-Peatfield.

Excellent book - I found it very helpful indeed.

T3Mary, you're over replaced. You've gone from 50mcg T3 to the equivalent of 100-133 T3. I suggest you reduce to 2 grains. Skipping dose for a few days will speed up the washout of the higher dose.

Just to confirm what everyone else has said: you might be on close to double the amount of thyroid-s you should be on. I have felt infinitely better on thyroid-s than I did on only t3, but whenever I've been on too much thyroid-s it's been really awful, too. I wouldn't give up on it so quickly, would just lower the dose after a few days on no meds at all and see how it goes from there.
