Sue, I hope you're recovering from the chemo and it got rid of the cancer. The chemo has probably affected absorption and uptake of Levothyroxine. Ask for a thyroid blood test to check your levels.
Under and overmedication can cause palpitations and ectopic beats but although they are alarming and uncomfortable they aren't damaging. I assume ECG ruled out AFib?
No am seeing heart consultant 3 July but I don't think it's Af I think it's my thyroid as looked up symtems and even my palms of my hands are going red and I don't know if this is one but I feel itchy and even my scalp feels itchy plus anxiousness
Sue, It may be a chemo side effect or it may be thyroid. Get thyroid levels tested to check.
I met someone else once with red palms, assumed it was a liver problem but then I read that its related to estrogen levels. Can't remember if its too much or not enough though .....
Maybe worth checking out?

Hello - could be totally unrelated, but had red palms when approx 3 years ago was admitted to A&E with dehydration which caused acute renal failure. This was due to chemo related inflamation of the upper gut which affected ability to absorb water. Am not saying it is the case, but some of the symptoms you describe COULD(!) also be due to B12 deficiency. It MIGHT(!) be worth checking out b12d.org and also pernicious-anaemia-society.... If going to GP getting nowhere you could contact the team who treated you and ask to speak with someone about after effects of cancer treatment and what to watch out for? Good luck with it all
