Welcome to the forum, Abisue. Sorry, Sue Jones, I mixed up title and your name.

Low temperature is one of the signs of low thyroid and if you are on Levothyroxine may be an indication that you are under medicated.

Curious... Why are all your posts titled "Abisue"?

I don't have an answer for your low temp. Mine is relatively low as well (97.7 F is "normal" for me - has been that way all my life).

Yours seems very low (96.62 F).

What do your doctors say?

Suejones,

Confuses me! I see the same title/subject and initially assume it is the thread I have already seen.

milkwoman,

My temperature was also typically around 97.7 F for as far back as I know. Though I did not feel cold because of it - and I was not an obsessive temperature-taker!

Nice to know I'm not the only one, tho, I now learning that low body temp is a sign of being hypo. I always suspected I've been hypo for a very long time tho only recently diagnosed.

I used to feel cold. Peri menopause has "fixed" that for me - lol!

If I were you, I'd change my password double-quick!

The first field when making a new post is for the title or subject of the thread. If you are logged in, you should NOT need to re-enter your password. And if you value your account at all, you will not make your password public.

Don't enter your password as the post title!

Milkwoman is my screen name so folks can address me (akin to your Suejones).

Posts titles, on the other hand, should give some indication of what the post is about. So for this particular post thread, you could have titled it "Low body temp - normal?"

Another question... Why has your screen name now changed to hidden?
