I have read different suggestions on how to take Thyroid-S. My question, is it really ok to chew this little pill, or do most people here swallow the pill whole? Thank you.

Christielle, the pills are designed to be swallowed whole with water but some peopled like to crunch them to break the tablet coating before swallowing.
