Alternatives to cynomel?

I've been buying cynomel from a Mexican supplier but it's all dried up till November I'm hearing and I am down to 42 days worth left, which won't last till November obviously. I've been looking around for alternatives to the UK but other than switching and trying cynoplus, which I am wary of suddenly trying T4, I can't seem to find a legitimate looking alternative.

I take approx, 37.5mcg of the grossman cynomel daily between two doses. It doesn't remove all the symptoms but I can function like a human being instead of mold growing on the side of a wall. My GP is of no use as they simply like to monitor my thyroid every 6 months for the past 11 years and never prescribe anything for it. Before I started self-medicating on the cynomel I would sleep between 14-20 hours a day from the fatigue, as well as having eczema all over my body and regular migraines so I really don't want to go back to that.

Could anyone, please, suggest me an alternative of similar strength to get me through until November?

I find Tiromel, Turkish T3 similar in potency to UK Liothyronine but can't say how it compares with Cynomel. If it is less potent you may need to take a little extra.

I'm using tiromel....been going down hill and thought it was because I needed a break. I have just a few grossman left so I took my usual dose this morning and have had a great day compared.....I could cry I just want my meds back! I know I'm not the only one....
