Latest blood results on NDT

Hi. I've now been een on 2 grains for about 7 weeks now.

Latest blood tests

Tsh 0.45 (0.54-4.74)

T4 10.56.(9.-19)

T3 4.0 (3.2-5.7)

Any ideas on.How to proceed.

I've just sacked my endo. Seems only interested in my money.

Now need your expertise and help

130396, TSH is low and FT4 low as expected on NDT. FT3 is slightly below the 'ideal' top third of range >4.85. If you are still symptomatic a half grain increase may help and should improve your FT3. TSH of people on NDT is often suppressed when on a sufficient dose.

Thank you once again Clutter.

How would you space 2 1/2 grains.??

I took 1 grain at 7am. Second grain at 3pm and 1/2 grain at 7 pm today.

What would you advise here

130396, you'll have to suck it and see to find what timings suit you. You could always try 1.5 grains at 7am and 2nd dose 3pm if 3 doses is too fiddly or the 7pm dose disrupts sleep.
