Hi - I stated on nutri adrenal about 3 weeks ago and have slowly raised to 3 tablets a day. However the past 2 evenings I have felt a little fluttery and wired can this be related? Should i drop down? Does anyone know what it is? Thanks! X

it could be related. What time of day are you taking your last NA? I was told it should be no later than 1pm, you could cut back to 2 tabs and see if it's better. LB

Are you under Dr P or self medicating?

Dr P States if you feel a little weird, just drop dose back a little and rebuild slowly.

Some people do very well on glandulars, some don't. You won't know without trying. Just be very observant and cautious.

It is advised to take NA before 1pm as the additional B Vitamins can cause sleep problems. Always take with food so if splitting dose, take with breakfast and lunch.

It does sound as if you've slightly passed your 'sweet spot'.

I would try dropping by a half a tab per day and see how you feel. And have the smallest dose in the evening.
