Endocrinologist who prescribes NDT in Northwest England

I have been on NatureThroid for 8 months and feel so much better. I have been able to get my doctor's support to continue to take it and my Endo also agrees but neither will give me a script. Does anyone in Northwest England know of an NHS Endo who is willing to prescribe it? TIA

Unfortunately, NDT isn't licensed for UK use so few NHS doctors will prescribe it.
