My "usual suspects" B12, folate etc are either mid range or below. On asking in shop it was suggested I take Solaray Mega B-Stress capsules. I just wondered if anyone has taken these or if there are better supplements I could take. I am already taking D3.

Patsy, If you post your B12 and folate results with the lab ref ranges members will advise whether you need to supplement or whether a B Complex will be sufficient.
